At Civic Carry Company, we believe in delivering our products with the same level of care and tradition that inspired them. To keep costs low for our customers while maintaining a high-quality physical experience, we use a specialized fulfillment process.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Method & Rates

We ship exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service). To ensure your 304 Stainless Steel card arrives in pristine condition, we use:

  • Reinforced Packaging: Every card is placed in a protective linen sleeve and secured between two layers of corrugated cardboard to prevent bending.

  • Standard Mail: To provide the most affordable shipping, we use high-quality USPS postage. Please note that this method does not include a tracking number.

  • Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $2.00 per order within the United States.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: As we use standard postal services, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your local post office's efficiency.

4. Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been marked as fulfilled. This email confirms that your envelope has been stamped and handed to the USPS.

5. Lost or Undelivered Mail

Because we use standard stamped mail to keep our products accessible, we cannot track the exact location of your envelope once it leaves our hands.

  • If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of receiving your fulfillment email, please contact us at civiccarrycompany@gmail.com.

  • We value your trust and will work with you to ensure you receive the product you paid for.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
