Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, fingerprint-free, and in its original Natural Linen Sleeve and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at civiccarrycompany@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Packaging Requirement: To be eligible for a full refund, the card must be returned inside its protective Natural Linen Sleeve and secured between the original corrugated cardboard inserts (or equivalent rigid packaging). This prevents the 304 Stainless Steel from being scratched or bent by postal sorting machines during its return trip.

Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we use 304 Stainless Steel, your card should arrive pristine. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
